Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't gone into production or shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel it and refund you. Once an item is in production or on its way, it can no longer be cancelled.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

SUDAKAI products are made in limited runs, so all sales are generally final. We're not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so please check the size guide before ordering.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
